Our History
- In the 80s: arrived from Lyon, fallen under the spell of Lourmarin, for 2 decades Jérôme and Florence delight the taste buds by creating an authentic chic Lyonnais bouchon in a festive atmosphere, worthy of those years (that those under 20 cannot know!), gastronomy, authenticity and conviviality are the key words.
- 2006: the adventure continues by deciding to offer their customers the possibility of sleeping and enjoying in the same state of mind a stay in one of the most beautiful villages in France. This is the birth of the "Hôtel Bastide de Lourmarin". In a warm and cozy atmosphere, Jérôme and Florence then express their passions for decoration, travel, while respecting the balance of this magnificent Provence. The 19 rooms have been individually designed down to the smallest detail, and continue to evolve each year ... With the desire to give their guests a unique experience with each stay!
- 2014: the creation of the "SPA de Lourmarin", always with the aim of giving customers an exceptional moment. High-quality treatments and practitioners in a Zen atmosphere.
- Summer 2020: back to the stove for this epicurean, who offers authentic and generous cuisine with Asian flavors, in the heart of the hotel, by the magnificent swimming pool during each summer. Beautiful moments of sharing... Florence, all smiles, is at his side.
- 2022: the adventure continues with "La Bastide des Sarrières", a Provençal house in Lourmarin, completely redesigned and renovated, which can accommodate up to 8 people in great comfort, 2 minutes from the village, facing the Luberon.

La Bastide de Lourmarin has taken up residence in the heart of Provence, close to some of the most beautiful points of interest in the region, where you can fully recharge your batteries and relax.
You will stay a stone's throw from the city center of Lourmarin, very close to the village, at the foot of the Luberon, in a calm and natural location.
You can easily set off to discover all the beauties of the region: hikes, hilltop villages, museums, emblematic cities, etc.
The comfortable rooms
In our 4-star hotel in the Luberon, we offer 19 rooms, which can accommodate 1 to 4 people. All our rooms are unique and offer you a different experience. The rooms were renovated in 2024. We are doing everything we can to make constant improvements.
One of our rooms is suitable for people with reduced mobility (Room La Calade, category "Ambiance").
The generous breakfast
Between 8am and 10:15am, every morning, we invite you to enjoy a generous breakfast buffet, to fill up on energy.
Choose from a wide selection of sweet and savoury products what will please you the most.
You will have breakfast in the comfort of your room, under the generous sunshine of Provence on the terrace or in our warm breakfast room.
The heated swimming pool
Every year, from May 15 to October 15, we offer you privileged access to the swimming pool of our 4-star hotel in Lourmarin.
The swimming pool is heated and measures 10 meters long and 5 meters wide. It is open every day from 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m..
For a relaxing and sunbathing session, we invite you to join us on the deckchairs arranged all around.
